Complaints & Content Removal

Effective July 17, 2026

True Motion does not permit illegal content, content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, trafficking or exploitation, or material that violates intellectual-property or privacy rights.

1. Submit a complaint

Anyone may submit a complaint, whether or not they have a True Motion account. Complete the form below with the exact URL of the content, a description of the concern, the action requested, and a reliable email address. You may also contact truemotionsync@gmail.com if the form is unavailable.

Do not upload or send unlawful material, government IDs, or full payment-card numbers.

2. What happens next

We acknowledge complaints electronically and investigate them in good faith. We aim to resolve every complaint within five business days. Content may be restricted while we investigate, and urgent safety reports are prioritized. We will provide the complainant with our decision and an explanation of the action taken.

3. Review and action

If we determine that content is illegal or non-consensual, we will remove it immediately. We may also preserve relevant records, restrict an account, and report the matter to Segpay, relevant service providers, or authorities where necessary. Other content that violates our rules will be removed or restricted as appropriate.

4. Depicted-person appeals and consent

A person depicted in content may appeal a decision not to remove it. We will require the content provider to establish that valid consent was obtained. If consent cannot be established, or if the depicted person shows that consent is void under applicable law, we will remove the content immediately. If a dispute remains about whether consent is legally valid, it may be resolved by a neutral body at True Motion's expense.

5. Copyright notices

Copyright complaints should identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, the complainant's contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement that the information is accurate and that the complainant is authorized to act, and an electronic or physical signature. Misrepresentations may carry legal consequences.

6. Immediate danger

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Reports involving suspected child sexual abuse material or other serious illegal activity may be preserved and reported to the appropriate service provider or authority.
