Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to True Motion, including its website, Discord-connected features, memberships, purchases, downloads, and community services. By using True Motion, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to view adult material where you live. You may not allow a minor to access True Motion through your account or devices.

2. Accounts and Discord

Some features require a Discord account. You are responsible for your account activity and for maintaining the security of your Discord and payment accounts. Do not impersonate another person, evade a suspension, share restricted downloads, or interfere with role synchronization.

3. Acceptable use and consent

You may not use True Motion to:

• upload, request, distribute, or link to illegal content or content involving minors;
• publish intimate content without the informed consent of every depicted adult;
• harass, threaten, exploit, dox, or violate another person's privacy;
• infringe copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property rights;
• circumvent access controls, scrape restricted content, introduce malware, or disrupt the service; or
• resell, redistribute, or publicly share paid or member-only funscripts unless expressly authorized.

4. Funscript licenses and intellectual property

Unless a listing states otherwise, acquiring a funscript grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for private entertainment. It does not transfer ownership or grant permission to redistribute, resell, modify for redistribution, or bundle the file. Third-party names, videos, software, and services remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Memberships, purchases, and billing

Prices and included benefits are shown before checkout. Recurring memberships continue until canceled. Canceling stops future renewals but does not normally reverse a completed billing period. Refund eligibility depends on the checkout disclosure, the nature of the digital product, and any non-waivable consumer rights that apply where you live. Stripe processes payments under its own terms.

6. Hardware and safety

Funscripts and connected-device software control physical hardware. You assume responsibility for device compatibility and safe operation. Inspect equipment, begin at low intensity, set appropriate limits, keep an immediate stop control available, and follow every manufacturer's instructions. Stop immediately if you experience pain, numbness, overheating, equipment failure, or unexpected motion.

7. Third-party services and links

True Motion may link to Discord, Stripe, YouTube, adult video sites, device software, and other services we do not control. Their content, availability, privacy practices, and terms are their own. A link does not constitute an endorsement or warranty.

8. Moderation and termination

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, revoke community access, or terminate service when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or protect True Motion and its partners. Serious safety, exploitation, or illegal-content violations may be reported to the appropriate service provider or authority.

9. Service availability and disclaimers

True Motion is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, perfect synchronization, preservation of every file, or continued availability of third-party integrations.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Motion and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from third-party services, device misuse, unauthorized account access, or use contrary to provided instructions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after the new terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
