Content Standards & Moderation

1. Prohibited content

True Motion prohibits content or services involving:

• minors, child sexual abuse material, or any sexualization of a person under 18;
• non-consensual sexual activity, intimate imagery shared without consent, sexual violence, or exploitation;
• human trafficking, sex trafficking, prostitution, or facilitation of in-person sexual services;
• incest, bestiality, necrophilia, extreme violence, or content otherwise prohibited by law or card-brand rules;
• coercion, intoxication that prevents consent, hidden-camera material, or misleading age/identity claims;
• copyright infringement, doxxing, malware, fraud, or violations of privacy and publicity rights.

2. Review before publication

Only authorized administrators may add files or listings. Content and associated links are reviewed before publication for legality, consent, age, ownership, and compliance with these standards. True Motion may reject, restrict, or remove material at any time and periodically reviews published listings.

3. Content providers and depicted persons

A provider must be verified before supplying material and must have the right to provide it. Where people are depicted, the provider must maintain documentation establishing every depicted person's identity, age, and informed written consent, including consent to the permitted distribution. Records must be produced when requested.

4. No public uploads or live streaming

Visitors and members cannot directly publish files, images, videos, posts, or live streams on True Motion. Community messages or submissions do not appear automatically and do not create a right to publication.

5. Reporting and enforcement

Anyone may use the Complaints & Content Removal process. Confirmed illegal or non-consensual content is removed immediately. Accounts or providers may be restricted or terminated, and serious matters may be reported to Segpay, service providers, or the appropriate authorities.
