DMCA & Copyright Policy

True Motion respects copyright and responds to reports concerning material on this site, including files, images, listings, and links to third-party content. Rights holders and their authorized representatives can contact us directly without contacting our advertising provider.

1. Send a copyright notice

Email truemotionsync@gmail.com with the subject “DMCA Copyright Notice,” or use our complaint form and select “Copyright infringement.” No True Motion account or membership is required to report content.

Please include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. The copyrighted work you own or represent, or a representative list of affected works.
3. The material you want removed or access disabled, with its exact True Motion URL and enough detail to locate it.
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right.

Include these details in the form's description if you use it. Do not send government IDs, performer records, or copies of unlawful material. A URL and description are sufficient to identify a report.

2. Review and removal

We review copyright reports promptly and respond expeditiously to valid notices by removing or disabling access to the identified material as appropriate. We may restrict access while reviewing a report, request missing details, and notify the content provider of the report and action taken. Removing a link from True Motion does not remove material hosted on another website.

3. Counter-notices

If your material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to truemotionsync@gmail.com with the subject “DMCA Counter-Notice.” Include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. The removed material and the URL where it previously appeared.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number; consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or, if outside the United States, any judicial district where the service provider may be found; and agreement to accept service from the original complainant or their agent.

Where the DMCA counter-notice process applies, we forward a valid counter-notice to the original complainant. Material may be restored between 10 and 14 business days after receipt unless the complainant notifies us of a filed court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement. Material that independently violates our other content rules may remain restricted.

Notices and counter-notices may be shared with the other party as needed to process the dispute. Knowingly making material misrepresentations in either can have legal consequences.

4. Repeat infringement

We may remove listings and restrict content-provider access. In appropriate circumstances, accounts or providers responsible for repeated copyright infringement will be terminated.
